Thank You and Blessed Be

in the spirit of thanksgiving

we align with the channel of love

grateful for our very lives

and for all that we dream of

thankful for the contributors

who have guided us on our way

thankful for the challenges

we have answered and had our say

blessings of the multitudes

who accompany us every day

grateful for the opportunities

answering that for which we pray

White Light

white light

all colours combined

white light

of the divine

clarity seen

when we stand in between

the seen and unseen

and become

white light

pure, luminescent and bright

all wave lengths as equal

both as present and sequel

generosity of spirit

so palpable we can hear it

so precious as to be ineffable

when we become inseparable

as white light

Scotchgarded

beware of the fluorocarbons
the teflons, the scotchgards
manufactured protectors
of what may we ask?

what do we risk?
to what do we surrender
when seeking the easy
and the speed to suspend?

suspending the need
to be careful and tidy
to walk with awareness
and avoid life’s spills

are we scotchgarding our lives
eliminating our comprehension
of the very intricate weavings
of how we choose to live?
