A Shaman
a shaman intuits
connects from within
from the space of infinity
she seeks to begin
a layering of incidents
clouds the flow of a stream
the outcome is shadowed
from what could have been
the shaman is patient
she circles around
watching and sensing
and tuned in for a sound
a sound is a metaphor
for a vibrational spiel
a cosmic transmission
from an endless moving reel
the vibration is picked up
and held for a while
and understanding its message
the shaman will smile
the contortion of meaning
had blocked all the flow
a return to common purpose
will then let the rest go
