the most important to our sight
sometimes called the third eye
all seeing
even see at night
that inner infinite vision
the opening to the truth
the gateway to all that is
the place of perpetual youth
gently meditate and be there
feel and open your capital eye
or seek out ancient teachings
to guide you to how and to why

allowing that drifting
until we are awake
staying in this realm
maybe going for a walk
coaxing in our beingness
letting the body talk
