Suffragette

suffragette is but a word
its meaning perhaps
now wants to be heard

so many are rising
rising up to protest
using our voices
from the multitudes no less

we all carry within
a feminine side
it comes from our mothers
who we learned to abide

it was about loving and caring
for others and more
it was about treating with fairness
not settling a score

may we organize now
with our hearts all aligned
and protest the differences
so our love is combined

the strength of love
in its wholeness IS
the power to create change

Gently Divine

sitting
quietly
with a straightening of the spine

still
peaceful
even a choice to lie down supine

quietude
quantumfied
listening to breath’s rhythms and rhymes

gently
gently
there appears a presence
the presence of the divine

The Queue

often we’re patient
waiting our turn
let go of this concept
we have something to learn

instead of a queue
picture a sphere
place yourself on the sphere
with some way to adhere

now place a question or problem
in the centre below you
others from their sphere point
perceive a different view

we all have our own view point
and correlate from our experience
from different levels of consciousness
and different ways to observe

feeling our oneness
as we ensphere an issue
equal distant from the central point
each sitting on a curve

we don’t line up to take a turn
we are all present
we can share our perspectives
then know how to move on
