Spacial Unwind
Spacial Unwind
when we are caught in the overwhelm
with too much to do and no time
we can return to the acknowledgement
we are experiencing a spacial unwind
instead of spinning in a circle
repeating patterns and thoughts
feel the movement as a spiral
unwinding from where we were caught
the freedom to be
to be carried by the flow
no need for beginning or end
as
our alignment is attracting us
to where we will go
