one of the greatest gifts
of living aware
is the understanding
it is a life that we share
the fruit of our existence
is picked from experiential living
and our gift to the world
is in the act of giving
yes give of ourselves
and of our abundance
discern what might be helpful
or where there is redundance
generosity of spirit
expansion of love
our peaceful emergence

Inner Space
that inner space
our personal domain
is losing its boundaries
it is a time to rename
to rename our presence
feeling into just who we are
we are including others in our wholeness
and as expanded aspects of the Mar

the Mar – ocean of infinite love
Oneness in Nature
to sit with a tree
to feel its true essence
to observe all its textures
to be with its presence
to wade out in the waters
to immerse in their coolness
to feel the buoyancy, support
the return to our newness
to stand in a place
where we feel nothing but air
to breathe in its essence
as the unseen it’s there
