Heart of the Flame
the force of life burns like a flame
and in the very centre it needs no name
it is the heart of creation
as life flows on it flows with ease
we work to counter injury or disease
we build our strength
in the length of a lifetime the soul amends
and plants new gardens which the soul attends
growing the future

i am new
therefore everything else is too
as part of our oneness
there is a sprungness
the new is sprung
every time there is a new begun
in one of the One
for we are always
the sum of the sum

just wait
we say to ourselves
be patient
surrender
the coming tides of time
are about to settle on the shore
the shore of the evermore
and stay in stillness
a quantum return
a place of wholeness
returned to the oneness of time
where all is present
all accessible
all existing
as warmth
as beauty
and as love
