Nowhere but Now
presencing is natural
all senses attuned
our state of awareness
eyes open or cocooned
the comfort of feeling
heart beat and our breath
natural rhythms doing their best
to remind us that life
is a breath at a time
and our hearts are the centre
from which we can align
aligned to that presence
that includes us
as divine

Rate of Exchange
exchange rates and rate of exchange
exchange rates have a common denominator
they measure something like a thermometer
up and down they fluctuate daily
do we pay attention? – well only maybe
the rate of an exchange is about communication
and how we connect with all relations
the presence of spirit, the guidance that’s offered
enriches our lives and is by which we profit
a singular tone that’s beyond spoken language
an energetic exchange that is felt and managed
the beauty of receiving and responding instantly
the speed of which becomes our history
and our bond with others
