With colourful expressions
That leave vivid impressions

To be both radiants and reflectors
Of our passionate brother’s journey
An experienced prisoner and attorney
Who shared perspectives and wisdom
Understood complexities of freedom
Practiced forgiveness and compassion
Desiring a life style, a fashion
Based on everlasting love

Hear Now Earth

All together hear now Earth
Let us see what we can birth
We’ve undone all our ties
We’ve all come to EarthRise

We’ve arrived to birth the New
I’ve brought my piece and so have you
We now gather with one intent
To co-create what our dreams meant

Excitement, joy and hearts wide open
With themes and dreams to be interwoven
To sit together in a circle
To be as one – as the first miracle

We ask that all be totally present
connected to their guides and inner guidance
The time is here to focus intensely
and activate this focus with love’s immensity

From our cores into the mores
The past undone, the new begun
We know why we have come

Whether jungle or grassland
diversity’s there
The lion, the jaguar,
the leopard all share

The balance of nature
when left undisturbed
allowing for changes
naturally curbed

No borders, no boundaries
all flow into one
A garden, a dwelling place
where all life’s begun
