Being Care-Full
how we sleep, eat and respond
in these transformational times
impacts how our bodies are able to align
and receive what is streaming in
taking care every day
in what we do, what we say
monitoring our thought
for every thought is caught
by our cells who are listening
loving the Earth below our feet
reaching to the Stars to whom we speak
honouring the guidance that we receive
a constant shifting in what we believe
there is so much more

Tubular Design
transportation
allowing the flow
so the sharing of abundance
knows where to go
a tubular design
infinitely placed
from places of plenty
flowing with grace
and to those who live simply
and could use a helping hand
it is time to reach out and ask
readily willing to respond to the task
of receiving with gratitude
generosity is a label
giving to the poor was a fable
let us consciously re-word this to
simply wanting to share
with those living in simplicity
they are ways of being
that are innate to us all

back-eddies allowed
changing the directions
of giving and receiving
flowing in both directions
with love and gratitude

Final Sequester
the final sequester as a separate self
is there any attachment to an identity
or to material wealth?
freed from the weightiness of having to do
allowing the flow of what will ensue
peaceful surrender
