Cellular Memory

Cellular Memory

we carry a remembrance of generations past
embedded in our cells, its presence is cast
a permanent memory of ancestral strife
the suffering embodied in another one’s life

it is a day to honour and remember their legacy
to feel their emotions and their mark on past history
know now we can release this cellular trauma
to no longer be expressed in our current life’s drama

the bio-density has a code that can be broken
thru the skills of a practitioner and the questions that are spoken
identified and released and not for just ourselves
for all generations since the trauma was felt

a remarkable way of honouring a debt
paid to those in remembrance
we did not forget

Blindness

Blindness

we cannot see what we do not believe
take note this can cover so much
let us explore others’ perspectives
let us play with possibilities as such
let us embrace the new that arrives
without resistance and hanging on to old ways

the power of belief is it can create the new
as we feed our beliefs we become what we grew
the beliefs simply are attracting in new structures
new functions, new relationships to
what we hold in the present
previously meant
as a possibility

we are regaining our sight
of the infinite

Enjoy the Ride

Enjoy the Ride

we often have the tendency to judge ourselves
the intersection of thought and of doing
entangled with the past or with what others have done
it is time to put the past as last

last in a position where it cannot compete
there is nothing to judge or compare
there is a lightness in knowing we are just beginning
every moment, every day, every year

and seeking to treasure and notice the flow
we are here on board wherever we go
no destination – it always changes
nowhere to hide – enjoy the ride
life’s adventure
