it’s in their hearts what they bare
the holders of wisdom
with great love for the children
more children than grandmothers
it is always the way
and the grandmothers’ love
guards the children’s gateway
a gateway to life
anchored in love
a doorway to opportunities
and the potential thereof
the grandmothers know
the risk of distortions
and guard the children
from unmanageable proportions
each child a gift
from the purest of light
each life with potential
to see with this sight
cherish the oneness
of the generational bond
grandmothers united
so all children can belong

A Candle as a Wishing Well

a candle as a wishing well
look into its depths
keeping  a stillness
as part of the preps
see the flame glow
so warm and alive
then move into
thy inner core
and descend
descend
descend
down
each
step

a watery reflection glows as thy eyes are then closed
an inner perception guides on, guides on for it knows
it knows it has travelled the inner steps many a time
seeking to go deeper into the well of all combined

seeing and believing that more can be accessed
the seeker goes deeper so more can be expressed
the seeking of divinity, the wanting for peace
proposing marriage to the inner world
where suffering doth cease

in every word we speak
in every thought we think
in every act we do
let us be love

let us have the courage to live
as ambassadors to
God’s kingdom of love
in all we encounter

let us have the presence to be
that which we teach
that which we deeply believe
that who we came to become
