St Bartholomew IV
I want you to consider your beliefs
where do they come from?
what right have you to hold them?
how do they affect others?
every emotion that we feel
needs to be acknowledged
for it is real
the emotion is triggered
by what was stored
in cellular baskets from times before
time to empty those baskets
of the emotions that drain
time to experience the emptiness
for the love will remain

cool dude in modern times
can play with raps, chants and rhymes
here to enlist the future’s crew
bringing in the Way that’s new
cheerful, present, playful too
sharing wisdom that grew and grew
thru the ages, thru all stages
from no speech to words on pages
what is it that we’re searching for?
it is not the past – that was the floor
the foundation for what is to come
and now together we have begun
joining with the multitudes
all dimensions it includes
being conscious, living free
knowing who we want to be

The Mermaid Realm
deep under the waters
mothers, sisters and daughters
free floating, connected
in a world that’s protected
or was
the dolphin’s relation
from when all of creation
knew of the simplitude
of swimming in water
practice the basic strokes
sea what the strokes evoke
moving the arms now
tail, rudder and plough
we carry the memory tapes
it’s time to remember and escape
from the delusion of separation
equal = the most important part of an equation
we are the waters
call in our sisters and daughters
so as to be part of the flow
only then will we know
what water is
that we may
honour
love
and
be
