going into retreat
we retreat from ourselves
our daily activities, practices
where normally we dwell
we let go of to-does
we open to the new
we quiet our minds
what will we find?
a doorway to the beyond
where change is the passcode
an expansion of beingness
as our soul destiny unfolds

the highlights of our wanderings
delivered from on high
reflect the possibilities
as the flow carries them by
seamless, dissolved
into the oneness evolved
there is a wholeness of tranquility
as we surrender to it all

anchorless, free to float
no need of land
no need of boat
