Gift of a Life
the child
birthed as
a gift of creation
welcomed with love
a little teacher in right relation
with peace as they sleep
their joy as they awaken
growing into a lifetime
where time is then taken
to observe, learn and become
a gift to be shared

Let the Body Inform
let our body tell us
it has experience to share
it has its priorities
and asks for our care
and so to dial inwards
and listen to what is asked
here are some priorities
let’s accept this as our task
sleep and rest
time in nature
exercise
plant-based diet
love, fun & joy
freedom
time with friends
creating beauty
discerning & boundaries
gifting & sharing
peace & quiet
prayer & meditation
following our guidance
living as love
living in gratitude
thank you body

it is impossible to separate
two souls who have joined
for they share of one heart
is the phrase that is coined
words are not needed
for it goes beyond love
thru joy and thru peace
to the inseparability of
pure consciousness
