Spinal Theory
every vertebrae we have links to another
able to move and to protect as a cover
hiding within a highway of nerves
uniting the functions of the body it serves
the spine likes to stretch
the spine likes to rest
the spine likes to dance
our emotions enhanced
by expressing them
with motion
then releasing emotion
back into the flow

Preparatory
at the point of beginning
we feel the stillness before spinning
spinning the New
feeling into our wanting
and first wanting it to be fun
for the power of creation is ignited by joy
and our power of love streams in to play
with a new toy
let us gather this day and play
in an infinite space
like a multi-dimensional board game
and let us give it a name
No More Suffering

create
to win
focus on our destination
building new structures
to hold the expansion of
infinite love and of light
utilizing our inner insight
and always focussed on
our destination

celebrating the new
and all we can do
crazy to be
the visions we see
crazy to play
with others this way
to be told you are crazy
is a compliment because
