Mermaid Memories
the joy of being a mermaid
swimming down, down, down
and touching the bottom
turning
quick flips of the tail
propelled quickly upwards
breaking the surface
straight into the air
crashing down
and simply floating
a metaphor perhaps
energetically touching the heart of the Earth
propelled with her energies to the heavens above
then simply floating
being
living on the horizon
that space in between

arrival into knowingness
and the comfort that we seed
living in awareness
and the eros of being freed
freed from our fears
from the past, from our transgressions
free to be ourselves
with all our sensual expressions
the joy and abundance
that is here to share, enhancing
strengthening the fibres of creation
in the new space where we are dancing

behold the wondering
and then let it go
it is not yet time for a knowing
just let it be so
the curiousity of a child
leads into their day
