stillness and quiet
is where we begin
then the senses we’re given
begin to kick in
the sounds that we hear
have rhythm and beat
and the desire to dance
moves into our feet
the colours and shapes
and beauty that abounds
brings us to wanting to explore
all that surrounds
delights of smell and of taste
move us into culinary exploration
and the sense of touch
may be the motivation
to travel the world
seeking love
our senses endow us
with so much information
that we transform it
into infomotion
the joys of our creation
the movement thru life
the anticipation
the never being still
