our wings are our sails
catching the movement that flows
as curious observers
we allow where we go
knowing the movement
cannot be contained
our world keeps expanding

when we increase
our heart’s vibrational frequency
we increase our ability
to shine our light
the love that we feel
is like a dimmer switch and is real
as a filament of light
let us light up the night
and fill the darkness with our love

Lizards in the Hallway
from salamanders to geckos
up to crocodiles, alligators
who would we greet
if we were to meet
in the hallway of life
some feel so friendly
even in an assembly
others we treat
with caution and respect
never to neglect
their right to be here
