and when our journey has finished
the heaven we will know
will be all about how we grow

Passing on a Quote
the arrival of a timely quote
can be woven into our day
don’t look at the dark side
was one wanting to have a say
there are no mistakes
but choices we make
can be based on misinformation
it is an opportunity to play with this
what are the benefits from our decisions?
own what we’ve done
seek out new directives
talk with others involved
hear their perspectives
don’t entertain
negative consequences
it will feed their existence
blocking the persistence
of our ability to
find solutions

The Heart of God
an insight received this week
from a meditation practice
was received with reverence
set to calm and relax us
a simple meditation was to run energy
up and down thru the spinal core
between the heart of the Earth
and the heart of the Heavens
simple when sitting or standing
but lying down our spine naturally curves
easy to connect to the heart of the Earth
she is always present below us
how do we connect to the heart of the heavens?
the only way is to recognize
we are held within the heart of the heavens
held with everything else
within the Heart of God
