we are dated when new
but i don’t know about you
that concept of good before
is one that i choose to ignore
when we live with no expiry date
we continuously generate
an energy that is applied
to this journey and adventure of life

it has a need
given a fertile environment
it can be planted to grow
be a seed
be a tree
be a forest

let us explore
the field of the unknown
being the observer
staying unattached, alone
curious and deliberate
watching for patterns and trends
not trying to judge
or to fix things, amend
the wonder of discovery
can be brought back to share
and the joy of creation
begins again right there
