feel into the heart
uplift to impart
a sensual awareness
of that movement of life
connecting we are dancing
that beingness enhancing
the joy of inclusion
our connection to all
pastural remembrance
brings thru the assemblance
of new forms and ideas
we are creating the new

Fermentation
awareness is present
the new held out of form
kept warm and protected
until the truth may be born
doubts are released
understanding increased
fermentation is active
whilst old beliefs are released

signalled to measure when the time warp began
we have let go of the details throughout our lifespan
eased into newness
refreshed to begin
nothing to revisit
we have entered the spin
with a strength and a calmness
composed from within
