assessing something new
no longer needed as the new
is being created by those that do
by giving their best in collaboration
their own high frequencies are the glue
that maintains and consolidates the new

permiform – a structure that is permanent
Freshness
the front door was left open
a good part of the day
it got a new coat
to freshen up and display
what a difference it made
to what we were breathing in
the fresh air flushed out
all that had been held within
a fire was lit
to hold the warmth of the home
and freshness of the cool air
was free to roam

what flavour do we choose
as we start a new day?
what colour do we wear
our uniqueness on display?
what energy emerges
to accent what wants expressing?
what arena do we visit to actively play
or do we retreat to the stillness of the womb
and just have a quiet day?
