Relax-cation
sometimes to achieve total relaxation
requires taking a vacation
out of time, out of space
leaving the race
we’ve been
running
recognize the signs
when there’s simply no time
to attend to the not-yet-done
shadowing the desire to have fun
take a pause and remove the cause
of overwhelm

Positions
standing, sitting
lying down
differences in position
can be profound
but all are in a state
for receiving
let us be open
to receiving, acknowledging
feeling into, questioning
discussing, understanding
and then responding

yes we can destroy old structures
but what value have they held?
are we ready to replace them?
only time will tell
