in the midst of all the movement
sometimes we are frozen
others dance around us
but we hear a different tune
listen very carefully
honour what others do
but what you hear is meant for you
and determines what you choose to do
differently

Precious Retrieval
the bond and the programming
from early in our lives
is the answer to show us
how we can re-program to thrive
it is not our genes
but the imprints of our beginnings
that influence who we are
we can unspin the spinnings
cellular research and epigenetics
have shown us the answers to
how to change the inner phonetics
and learn the language of love

pass it around
it holds all we dream of

see how far you can throw

and they will know
