Senses Alert Us
hearing alerts us when a presence arrives
feeling movement when we close our eyes
a change in pulse and in breathing too
we are not alone – are you feeling it too?
a ringing in the ear or a buzzing to one side
feeling a spinning going past as we close our eyes
hearing our heart beat and breathing as two
we are not alone – i am part of you
