that meditative state
all else fades away
the essence of our beingness
comes forth to play
our practices encourage us
to go there to rest and to reset
it becomes automatic
as our way to deal with stress
to join with another
in that state of bliss and love
emerges as the power of humanity

Reflective Light
both the source and the receiver
we are reflective light
mirroring each other
and all within our sight
precious is this knowing
for we can then expand
our lightness and our brightness
our auric field’s at our command
our hearts are the centre
our radiance comes from there
our love and our willingness
to be another paired
