is also an act of oneness
when we give another the nod

love your body
it is listening to you
tuned in to your emotions
tuned in to your thoughts
believing what you tell it
every cell you have taught
and that cellular memory
can be easily changed
biofeedback, epigenetics
and mostly by love
you can become
what you believe and dream of

there is someone to meet
look into the mirror
the mirror within
meet that infinite expression
of love and of joy
there is no place for depression
just a space to employ
to employ your ability to grow
