to be actively aware
to listen, observe
is a showing we care
nothing more important
no distractions exist
the focus is on the moment
no nuance dismissed
separation dissolved
a oneness confined
presence is a virtue

Weaving a Tapestry
we pick up the thread, we weave the new song
we’re weaving a tapestry where all can belong
we’re weaving with all colours and copper and gold
the song and the story begins to unfold

when we are given a chance to come together and build
we’ve been selected from a very unified guild
understand that each member has specialized talents
and coming together brings all into balance
