let us embellish that which we seek

let us energize all that we dream for

let us embody what it’s like

to be at our peak

don’t say that “we hope for”

we have to believe

know we’re empowered

that our thoughts may conceive

changes are coming

change for the good

we are the change, yes

yes no longer

let us be love
in every word we speak
in every thought we think
in every act we do
let us be love

let us have the courage to live
as ambassadors to
God’s kingdom of love
in all we encounter

let us have the presence to be
that which we teach
that which we deeply believe
that who we came to become
let us be love
