the heart
the sacred heart
where the soul moves in
and our lives start
a new beginning
in the heart we hold
all that matters
easy to injure
but it never shatters
strong and resilient
the feeler of love
and all emotions
the caring heart
with all its motions
conducting
body, mind, spirit, emotion

Internal Defined
the seed of becoming
is planted within
before we are birthed
the soul arrives in to begin
this internal plantation
is to be honoured and shared
to grow our potential
it is always from there
a very new lifetime
to shine as a star
to celebrate love
and become who we are

it is not connecting with or coming from
something way out there
the streaming, the feeling
is felt way in there
perhaps they are the heart chambers
that receive and interpret as
communication rearrangers
aligning the soul
