Separation from Gratitude
living in gratitude
can take us to the past
what if we simply express gratitude in the moment felt
and then let go knowing it will last
we can live in the present
the story of now
no longer sequencing
no longer built on or cast from the past
simplified into beingness
a state of constant restart
attuned to our feelings
living from the heart

know what are your strengths
you have carried them thru
your lifetimes’ full length
bring into form
that capacity with which you were born
channel it thru
become what you knew
as your life’s purpose
we’re not being asked to do
this is something new
it is simply being the fashion
moulded by your passion
radiating from within
we feel it by being it
our divine truth

the colours and message
of the Republic of Cameroon
their flag and their coat of arms
why has Cameroon arrived to be shared
it is a jewel from the heart of Africa
known for its football, its diversity, its beauty
hidden from the chaos that surrounds it
please look up and read
it has a message to heed
from the pain of its past
it has anchored and cast
a way of life
a preservation
of what is important
