we must live life to its fullest
full of love
full of generosity
full of compassion and kindness
living mindfully
heart-centred
connected to all
no holding back
all senses intact
intentional living
it is all in the giving
and the sharing
with love

vibrational
sensational
attuned to the new
something is stirring
it’s coming thru you
heard in the heart
translated to mind
given a voice
the expressional kind
a sound can be felt
by more than our ears
the frequencies exist
at all levels and tiers
rejoice in the knowing
this primal sense that we own
can nurture our lives
into what we want grown
