our focus creates motion
steady progress is the potion
an elixir to relief
from each time-stealing thief
completion is achieved

we retreat from ourselves
our daily activities, practices
where normally we dwell
we let go of to-does
we open to the new
we quiet our minds
what will we find?
a doorway to the beyond
where change is the passcode
an expansion of beingness
