Patterns Reversed
awareness dissolves the patterns entrained
a reversal of entanglement is the freedom regained
optimal functioning of body and mind
youthful energies and straightening of the spine
often unaware of the patterns we follow
once we identify them the channels become hollow
we are then free to allow a reversal of flow
and return to the subsidy of the life we will grow

a new beginning
chapter one
our memories are not at fault
there is a change in disposition
our hearts govern way more than our brains
in making our decisions
and so how our hearts can lead
and override the mind
ushers in a new beginning
for all of humankind

Brink of Discovery
on the brink of discovery
that a new way is near
we are being shown
what values are clear
honesty, integrity
coming from a place of no ego
the humble shall inherit the Earth
we now know it is so
acceptance of all
no competition, no greed
compassion for others
helping those in need
an honouring of life
and of movement and change
wisdom of knowing all are in this together
our new world is for us to arrange
