Separation from Gratitude
living in gratitude
can take us to the past
what if we simply express gratitude in the moment felt
and then let go knowing it will last
we can live in the present
the story of now
no longer sequencing
no longer built on or cast from the past
simplified into beingness
a state of constant restart
attuned to our feelings
living from the heart

signalled to measure when the time warp began
we have let go of the details throughout our lifespan
eased into newness
refreshed to begin
nothing to revisit
we have entered the spin
with a strength and a calmness
composed from within

we mobilize satire
to mock our tom-foolery
our silly behaviours
that make no sense at all
to capture that moment
of clear recognition
our patterns are exposing
we’ve been deaf to the call
the call is to step out
step out of the material world
step out of the wanting
simplify and be free
be freed of our doingness
focussed on our beingness
let the call be our knowingness
we are part of the All
