Ignited Within
excitement
passion
joy
and awe
like striking a match
emotions that catch
and ignite something within
sometimes fear
or anger
a sense of danger
other emotions too
have ignited what grew
into our experiential living
as we live aware
of the emotions we share
we can accept and honour
when each day is a goner
our human existence
has been rich and persistent
