and to always, always ask for help
here and there
there are so many who care
to love and support
we are learning to –
celebrate love, joy, peace and gratitude
honour Mother Earth and Father Sky
be guided by the heart
observe
allow
feel
accept
work/play with others in a field of love and high resonance
grow, expand the love & the light
have fun
share
live aware
and of our bodies take care
surrender to the flow
it knows where to go
renew – become new
the new you
on cue
