thoughts may be private
but not private to self
and when unattended
they can affect our health
it is important to know
and to work at letting go
of all thoughts that build a story

timeless as present
aware of just being
nowhere to go
no ground and no ceiling
there is no process
there is only existence
until something seeking
arrives from persistence
engagement is born
