invited to be
a star-studded cast
abundant and free
the qualities of life
to be acted upon
to be received and gifted
so all may belong
one big family
sharing love, joy and peace
shining our light
so all suffering may cease

A Segue in Time
there is an uninterrupted
transition in time
when past, present and future
are allowed to align
with a focus on being
the timeline dissolves
and when we achieve oneness
we will have evolved

Patterns Reversed
awareness dissolves the patterns entrained
a reversal of entanglement is the freedom regained
optimal functioning of body and mind
youthful energies and straightening of the spine
often unaware of the patterns we follow
once we identify them the channels become hollow
we are then free to allow a reversal of flow
and return to the subsidy of the life we will grow
