the chorus of birds, joyous
as they greet this new day
a chirp
then a whole symphony
sound etched
on a canvas of stillness
and the pervasive beyond
i too am awake
i too am alive
here to listen and see

The Catalyst Within
a presence
a knowing
a conductor of life
a feeling of belonging
to a crop that is ripe
ripe for the harvest
maybe not all at once
but a steady maturing
of love on all fronts
the tree of life
is always producing
fruit that will seed
a way of reducing
reducing all suffering
conflict and divisions
as we grow and mature
we become our decisions

picture your wings
and the feeling that brings
able to fly
and rise up
the angelic presence
a halo that glows
a presence of love
so strong that it flows
flowing to all
that our vision can see
hearing the calls
of any in need
an angelic presence
exists in our hearts
for we were all birthed
as pure love from the start
