if the past is so recent
the future must be too
one has a history
and one is yet to do

plagiarism is impossible
because of movement thru time
never are consistencies
available to rhyme

oft there is a semblance
of sequences from source
even though some resemblance
it will always change course

can it be so possible
to change the future now?
if ever there was a calling
it would be to learn how

we are therefore asking
for the wisdom to come thru
we are willing and able
if shown what to do

personify the outcome
believe and know it’s here
see the systems readied
and set them in gear

absolute enjoyment
enthusiastic support
you are the future
into which you will morph

If Only

if we could only see all turned inside out
if we could only be there before thinking to arrive
if ever there was a moment, to appreciate each moment given
if we were but thankful to be here and to be alive

if colours could be tasted and all shapes had a sound
if communication was an instant out and then inbound
if sleep at night was a conscious back-up and a redesign
if our common purpose was to love and to be aligned

if we could only understand that ifs are but a wish
if we could change the way we speak into fractal present tense
we’d then be accepting that all our thoughts and our every sense
are creating our reality and we’d be the present meant

blatantly easy we slip on thru time
carrying our essence into the divine
wantonly willing to be what we are
emerging the newness into the mar

scoping the symphonic spiralling blend
defining the multitudinal trend
elapsing the past and perceiving the new
being the expansion, becoming what grew

passages, passages, winged into the spin
balanced, acrobatic, mirroring within
constant awareness, visioning ensphered
on the periphery, all is endeared
