what we say, what we do
what patterns there are
to monitor our emotions
to check in where we be
to explore our abilities
to be the change
to set free
freedom from the chaos
from the waste, the overwhelm
time to show mastery
to take over the helm
to steer our whole beingness
into the new
to be the change
then be aware

to enter into
another person’s affairs
without their permission
is simply unfair
to give space
to give time
to support, not interfere
allows the other
to decide where to steer
