can time be reversed?
is that very reversal
simply a rehearsal
that prepares us
for the new?

changes time to emit
where the emission
is a discharge
of what didn’t fit

time does not end
and it never began
it is recorded
as a concept of man
history is a mystery
a progression of sorts
etched even in stone
we find our reports
words hold an energy
numbers do too
if time were to stop
then what would we do?
