created by the light
yet trailing behind
our shadow is our companion
as we journey thru time
when turned away from the light
that is when we will see
this our shadow companion
…now let’s talk and let’s see
why are you lurking…?
ah, now we see
if we shine our light behind us too
you will disappear
because you’ll have nothing to do

Tired, So Tired
tired, so tired
too tired to sleep
a slide show of remembrances
that have wounded so deep
a pasture of composure
is waiting for me
and a calling to enter into
a life that’s lived free

…..suffering with another who had been wounded in his life
Sadness
give sadness a colour
what does it represent?
a shadow, a darkness?
light shielded or bent?
trapped in a space
no exit in view
lonely and sad
not knowing what is true
our emotions will surface
from past experiential links
and the only way to recover
is to change what we think
