Look in the Mirror
look in the mirror
you are the seer
perhaps even more
you have been here before
observing the self
what do we see?
are we loving and free
observing the wonder and beauty
the miracle of life?
let us not be critical
no judging of the physical
for those thoughts can be pivotal
we are as we believe
what is it we see?

go slow
and now we know
to stay totally aware
a calmness is shared
when totally aware
all senses alive
by letting go of thought
stillness and silence is brought
to allow us to hear
surrendered to spirit
so present we can hear it
and abide by its truth
we are the living proof
we are living the truth
we are more than the physical
we are the mystical, the artistical
