sporting our authenticity
we turn up as we are
readied to acknowledge
another as at par
differences expand perceptions
as we share from our inner wealth
experiential guidance preserved
in our seeking-to-know the truth stealth
why would we endeavour
to seek someone who’s the same?
there is such a richness in our differences
we play the get-to-know-you game

Courage
with the courage to be
ourselves authentically
we are totally freed
from the forces that seek
to control

Revelations
a purposeful transmission
of the progression thru time
a structural concept
to help humanity align
paroxysmal memories of emotions once trapped
the beauty of colours and of our journey that’s mapped
echoing emptiness then visions break thru
bodily movements as we work to renew
guided with care and held in a loving safe place
we work to release, to let go and to cease
the entrapment of patterns, of trauma, of fear
with our breathing, with sound we begin to change gear
what is revealed
is the base of our souls
a sudden recognition
we have accomplished our goal
the joy and the peace that are radiating from within
and movement of body as we soak it all in
there were flashed of faces
ancient, intertwined
a recognition of gratitude to those who refined
their mastery as teachers, as prophets, as saints
ode to their beauty, their wisdom all combined
we are returning to our wholeness
readied for new roles assigned
let us begin again
after a major rewind
