Mauri-Obtainia
our bodies are responding
to the fire within
transformational processes
to a new form we will live in
mauri is the life force or essence
obtained to expand and re-begin
just like the country of Mauritania
from trading post, protected
to a multi-cultural independent country
so many now live in

Twinkle, Twinkle
love is never absent
we are held in Love’s heart
there we are awakened
by an acknowledging spark
our own aura starts to sparkle
star-like bits shining bright
twinkle, twinkle little stars
with a sharing of more starlight

no sense of separation
a sense only of grace
timeless
ageless
just the freedom to be
