The Spiral
the. spiral represents movement
the infinite line
the continuous curve
the flexible spine
for any question we ask
the answer will exist
we will be taken back
to a turn or a twist
and soon we discover
there is no sense of time
for all exists somewhere
on this infinite line

We are Complete

We are Complete
be they mountains or hilltops
they are there to define
the distant horizon
to which we align
the height doesn’t matter
it is the incline
for what we are seeking
how far will we climb?
when the peak is once reached
we see far and wide
and finally understand
there is something we hide
the journey back down
and going deep inside
is the ultimate journey
to find what we hide
to discover our wholeness
that we are complete
to that nameless presence
we will finally meet

Inside Out

Inside Out

let us bring the inside out
our journeys have taken us deeply within
here we learned of our interconnectivity
we became aware of our Oneness
now it is time
time to bring the inside out

as aspects of the whole
we know we are creating our future
what is the future we want to gift to the children?

how do we envision this place of love, peace, contentment?
what are the new ways of addressing our challenges?
can we have fun with this whole process?
what are the best ways to communicate and collaborate?

let us pray
let us be love
let us be peace
let us be happy
let us bring the jewels of the inside out
out into the space, the places we live on planet Earth
and to all we are connected to in the beyond
