wanting to share
what they’ve seen then created
from an inspiration out there
freed from being held back
now a part of the surge
creating in the now
both the focus and the urge
to display what is present
present then gone
as the new comes along
the movement is swift
and being held in the drift
so is their art

pages in stages
life is just like a book
sometimes a chapter at a time
sometimes just a line
where you stop to reflect
on what you have read
and on what happens next
have you ever been spellbound
where you read cover to cover
seeking an answer
you felt sure you’ll discover
only to find
you knew the answer
all the time?
it was a lesson
in remembering

is not the intention
to discern and learn
is the journey of life
to understand and share
is our part of this journey
and when no understanding is there
to seek help in our learning
honour this life
honour the sacred
